[SylphAudio FB360] High Performance Mono Class-D Amplifier RTR Kit

A high-power amplifier module designed for demanding loudspeaker systems.

This module is intended for use with floor-standing speakers and large multi-driver systems, where stable power delivery and low distortion are critical. The design prioritizes measured performance and thermal stability, ensuring consistent operation under sustained load.

The amplifier delivers 200 W into 4 Ω and uses a fully differential input and output configuration for improved noise rejection and signal integrity.

A split power supply is employed in the preamp section, removing the need for redundant input coupling capacitors in the signal path. Only two Elna Silmic II capacitors are used, preserving signal purity.

An upgraded post-filter feedback (PFFB) implementation achieves class-leading SINAD and IMD performance for a TPA3255 operating in mono PBTL configuration, resulting in clean and controlled output across the audible range.

A large PCB area, substantial heatsinking, and oversized flat-wire output inductors are used to provide effective thermal management and reliable long-term operation.
